An FIR#1025/08 dated 23/08/2008 was registered against the Matwalli and his son by the area police on the behalf of the satan mardood-Askari in collusion with the land mafia, which shows that the police and administrative functionaries of Pakistan are fully in league with the satans and wrong-doers who are actively hell bent upon the forces of uprightness and truthfulness. Somehow, the police shackled the Matwalli for his crime of Haq and Succh and unnecessarily pressurized him to compromise with the Batil-the Satan mardood-that is not possible for a true believer. He refused to bow before the evil forces and confirmed his bail from the LHC. The trial is still subjudice in the court of the honourable Allaqa Magistrate.
On the other hand no action was taken by the police and administrative authorities on the number of applications by the Matwalli to arrest the culprits of the May 19, 2008 event. After a long wait, an FIR #687 dated 14/07/2009 was registered by the police on the order of the honourable ASJ Lahore, Mr. Rana Abdul Qayyum, dated 20/06/09. But, the police did not arrest the culprits nominated in the FIR, rather they were declared innocent by the police investigation officers including SP-Mr. Abdurub- and discharged the FIR single handedly. However, the Matwalli in September, 2009 filed an application in the court of the Allaqa Magistrate for the submission of the police challan.
Thus, in the Order dated 22/02/2011, the honourable judicial Magistrate Sec-30, Ch. Nazar Abbass Gondal, accepted the Matwalli plea and directed the concerned SHO to submit the supplementary challan of the accused as per law. However, both the accused and the police have not complied with the court order so far. This shows the respect of our courts in the eyes of the criminals and the police as well.
The whole above said scenario shows that the war of Haq and Batil is prima facie very difficult and painful but equally very interesting and intriguing. InshahAllah, the victory is with truthfulness and patience.
