After having a request in the form of an application to the honorable judge Mr.Moeen Khokhar dated 30/06/2008 captioned termination of the fake exparte decree the Matwalli has also requested area SHO in an application that the defendant-Syed Hassan Askari Bokhari-be presented before the in the police custody so that he had no fear to be killed by the hooligans. It is also brought into the knowledge of the Matwalli that the exparte decree holder-Syed Hassan Askari Bokhari has been seen around the Imam Bargh premises taking some photographs of the premises of the Imam Bargh accompanied by some hooligans and he, Mr. Hassan Askari, also claimed that he had not demolished the Imam Bargh. It is very strange and surprising, and more than surprising is that the same Hooligan-Mr.Billo is still roaming very freely without the fear of any law enforcement agencies of Pakistan and asked the Matwalli he had no fear of any Judge and IG or any body on the earth planet. It shows he is not alone but being played and used by some unseen hands who wish to destroy the peace of the land. The situation is still grave and heart-breaking the same wicked met the Matwalli in the premises of the police station when the Matwalli visited the same Police Station-Baghbanpura,Lahore,Pakistan-to submit the application against the defendant appearance before the court, wicked-Mr.Billo, and the then SHO-Mr.Saeed on the behalf of the world Momineens. Therefore, the Matwalli feared that his brother-Syed Hassan Askari-might be under severe danger and threats like murder which has been brought into the klowledge of the Matwalli by some of his family members namely, Syed Zahid Ali Bokhari and Syed Ali Tahir Bokhari Retd.Col. Also, being respectable citizens of the beloved Pakistan and around the world people-Mominees-once again beseech the higher authorities of Pakistan and the heart conscious people of the world to kindly look into the matter seriously that who had demolished the house of Allah or a sacred place of worshipping, and also present the defendant-Syed Hassan Askari-in the court so that the proceeding go on smoothly because the defendant has so for no appreared in the court since the start of the proceeding of the court instead the Matwalli who has been in the court on every hearing from 8 a.m to 4 p.m in the evening.Now you see who is on Haq(theTruthfulness) and who is with the Batil(the Falsehood). The application to the SHO of the area has been delivered to the CPO(the City Police Officer) Lahore and IG Punjab(the Inspector General) for their quick action as they are the custodian of the law of the land.
Also the Matwalli has requested in the his application that the defendant should be presented before the learned court in the police custody and the Billo Badmash and his associates including the four sons of Syed Hassan Askari and the then SHO Mr.Saeed be asked for and investigated why they have damaged and looted the property containing 18 marlas of land, and also why the reputation of the Matwalli and his family has been tarnished?
Since the defendant Syed Hassan Askari was not present in the court on July 11, 2008; therefore, the area police has so far failed to recover and present the defendant Syed Hassan Askari Bokhari before the learned court. Being a Matwalli on the behalf of the Momineens again request the police higher-ups to assist him and present the defendant on the next hearing date i.e. July 18, 2008 keeping in view the religious gravity of the matter. It will not only fizzle out the uncertainty attached to the case but also help the honorable judge to decide the case on merits. |
