Three “Civil” cases namely Imam Bargh Qasare Hussain Vs Fakhar Abbass, etc., Imam Bargh Qasare Hussain Vs Syed Hassan Askari, etc., Dr. Muhammad Raza Bokhari, etc. Vs Syed Hassan Askari along with “Three Contempts” against the defendants are pending in the court of the honourable Senior Civil Judge(SCJ) Lahore, Mr. Buttar. The said court shall decide the line of action of the Imam Bargh cases. The honourable court has yet to consolidate the said cases and frame the issues that show how much slow judicial system we have in Pakistan inspite of the Lahore High Court directions to the said civil court. The next date of hearing of the cases in the court of the SCJ is on 3rd June 2010.

Three “Civil Appeals” in the courts of the honourable Additional Session Judges namely Mr. Muhammad Aslam, Mr. Azhar Hussain Bhatti and Madam Shahidda Saeed pertaining to the suspension of the Rent Controller’s orders dated 02.04.2008(dismissing Matwalli u/s 12/2 application) and 14.01.2010(ex-parte decree), opening of the illegal closure of the Imam Bargh halls’ gates, and the CSJ order dated 08.03.2010(dismissing stay application dated 09.06.09) respectively. All the said appeals on the behalf of the Imam Bargh Matwalli are subjudice in the said learned courts and hearings are fixed for 1st June 2010 and 3rd June 2010.  

Since May 19, 2008, the followers of Satan mardood have tried their best to marginalize the forces of Allah but have failed misrablely, for the faith of Allah’s army is enough to crash the heads of the evil forces. The land mafia in support of the police and judiciary could not able to stagger the faith of the faithfuls who are determined to fight with the Satan mardood to the end. Therefore, any decision or order of any judge based on prejudice, injustice and Batil(falsehood) can not minimize the spirit and perseverance of the faithfuls.
